Due to this system fault, if you wish to stop your support but have incurred payments related to your support, or if you have incurred automatic charges, we will process your refund.

- About the function to apply for payment of support money [for creator users]
All functions for support payment from creator-users have been restored and are operating normally. However, we are currently suspending support payments and will pay the total amount in installments upon resumption of payments.

- Interruption of support due to system fault
The support system at Enty provides services based on the assumption that support will continue when the system is in normal operation, and the plan benefits do not include the continuation of the date of the support period.
Enty Support desk is unable to answer inquiries regarding plans that benefit from the continuation of the date of your support period. Please contact the creator user you are supporting.
We have confirmed that the entire system, including the payment function, is currently working properly.
