We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in the payment of support.
Of the support payments applied for after October 2020, support payments for any month that is more than one year after the most recent application (or the first month of Enty use if the payment is applied for the first time) will be deemed to have waived the right to claim in accordance with Article 12.7 of the Terms of Use, and no payment will be made for this portion of the support.
In addition, if all of the requested funds are subject to these terms and conditions, payment will not be processed.
As for the delay in the payment of the support, we have explained in the "Notice from the Management" regarding the funding and payment methods, but due to the worsening of the economic situation, it has been difficult to raise funds and we have not been able to make the normal payment of the support.
In light of the lack of fairness in payments, we have decided to make it a top priority to pay all creators in accordance with the Terms of Service in order to ensure that future payments are made without delay.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding.
