Due to an incident that occurred on August 7, 2020, the outage caused a forced suspension of support registered using Enty points.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this failure.
This incident is the same as the one that occurred on February 15, 2020, but we have confirmed that it was caused by a different cause, and we have made improvements to prevent the same incident from occurring in the future.
For users whose support has been forcibly suspended due to the impact of this incident, we will carry out recovery work so that support will continue as before, so please apply for recovery of support from the following URL.

- As a general rule, we will contact you at the email address you registered with Enty regarding the refund process. If you register on Twitter and do not register your email address, we will not be able to contact you and proceed with the procedure, so please register your email address in advance and apply for it.
- Recovery will only be granted to those users who had continued assistance as of 18:15 on Friday, August 7, 2020, and who had stopped assistance during a failure.If you do not meet these requirements, or if you have applied multiple times, your application will not be subject to cancellation. Also, we cannot contact you if it is not subject to cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
