This is an important notice from our operating company, YouVision Co., Ltd.
We have been running a campaign, which is when Enty creator users introduce new users more than a certain number, the commission fee that would be charged on the creator users at the time of making payment of support funds go lower.
This campaign is working well on making opportunities for many creators to use Enty service. However, there are quite a few introduced users who do not make any activity after the registration and we also have confirmed dishonest registrations by updating only a part of registered information. Due to them, we decided to terminate this campaign at 23:59 on April 30, 2019.
Due to the termination, the commission fee toward creator users will be unified to “10%” from 0:00 on May 1, 2019.
The maintenance schedule for unifying commission fee
Performed date: At 9:00 – 17:00 on May 1, 2019
*None of our services will be suspended due to this maintenance.
*The maintenance will be performed in the schedule above but the new unified commission fee will start to be charged on applications after 0:00 on May 1, 2019.
Involved payments
All payments that their application statuses say “Non-submitted” at the time of 0:00 on May 1, 2019 will be included.
*The campaign will still be adapted on the payments displayed “Submitted”.
For more information, kindly please go through the details below to let us explain about the reason for this announcement, the purpose of commission fee, the policy of our current operation and future direction of Enty.
Background of deciding to unify commission fee for support funds
This campaign was started by our Ex-operating company onetap Co,Ltd. The purpose is for creators carrying out their creative activities energetically to be able to use Enty service more and show our thankfulness toward them.
We set up the lowest possible commission fee for users and the 10% commission fee for support funds is the best price we can set up to maintain our service.
From the beginning, we have been realizing that the 5% commission fee campaign would give us a loss. However, we have been keeping this campaign with agreeing the policy which is offering a place for creators to release their works.
We are afraid to say but we decided to terminate the campaign and unify the commission fee to secure minimum profit to be able to keep offering Enty service for creators to continue their creative activities.
The purpose for each commission fee
All commission fees we receive from users are mainly used for paying fees to credit card agents and system server company, and the rest of them are used for labor costs of system engineers and customer supporters.
We are running our service with few members but have highly skilled and knowledge to reduce charges on users. Thankfully the number of our users goes up everyday and inquiries are increased as well.
We keep trying our best to improve our system and service, and review costs to live up to customers’ expectations. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
The Enty Policy
We are running our service with putting the connection between creators and users first as our motto. Our most important mission is connecting creators and users by sharing new “Entertainments”. For the purpose, we offer our service that creators can keep their creative activities by “Support” and supporting users can enjoy creators’ activities by “Support”.
We will continue to pursue this “Connection” much deeper and create more new “Entertainments”.
To achieve this mission, we have been trying to improve our Enty service as a first priority for users to be able to use the service with feeling secure since the beginning of changing operation. We will keep our policy from now on and try our best to improve our service. We greatly appreciate your continued cooperation and understanding.
