Q. As for the payment by Rakuten Edy

A. Since the handling fee for the payment by Edy is high (approx.14% every time) and the payment under 1000 yen cannot be dealt with, users need to purchase for the specified period in advance same as the payment by Bank transfer. We set up the system like this to reduce the handling fee charged every time and burden on supporter users.

In addition, there is no risk to keep supporting a plan against one’s will by forgetting to cancel the plan since a supporting term is fixed at the time of starting a plan unlike the payment charged monthly.

Furthermore, Enty will charge on users 13% plus 10 yen as a handling fee. It would be very much appreciated if you could understand it.
If you feel uncomfortable with paying the handling fee, please consider to choose other payment methods such as Credit card and Bank transfer. Please refer to here to check the methods except Credit card.
