A. In case of making payment by Bank transfer, users need to purchase for the specified period in advance on the premise that they need to keep supporting during the period for sure.
In addition, there is no risk to keep supporting a plan against one’s will by forgetting to cancel the plan since a supporting term is fixed at the time of starting a plan unlike the payment charged monthly. Bank transfer payment is recommended to those who cannot make payment by Credit card and feel uncomfortable with the automatically monthly charged payment.
Please be noted that a handling fee is 3% plus 2 yen. It would be very much appreciated that if you could understand that we charge a fee as the fee for confirming payment duties.
It would take 2 days at the longest to be reflected the payment transferred to Enty account. Please be noted that the payment will not be reflected immediately.
*Payment made after 15:00P.M on Friday (including Online Banking) will be confirmed after 2 days at the longest from next Monday due to the business hours of banking institutions.

*The character string can be confirmed from the menu of My page, “Support activities”. Please be noted that the handling fee for making a transfer needs to be taken care of by payers.

<Attention: at the time of transferring money>
At the time of transferring money from banking institution counter and ATM, a payer has to change the payer’s name into 12 alphanumeric characters that can be confirmed at the time of registering to support a plan. In case of transferring money without changing the name, we cannot identify a payer and leave it till the payer contacts us. Please be noted that it will take a time to be reflected the payment in a situation like this.
In addition, the payer’s name (12 alphanumeric characters) will be issued every time a user registers to support a plan, so that the name issued before cannot be used.
- Since all supporting plans are started after making payment, the requests for changing a plan nor refund during the term determined at the time of starting a plan cannot be accepted. It would be appreciated if you could understand it.
- In case that Enty has to refund money due to payer’s mistake regarding Bank transfer, please allow us to reduce 900 yen as a handling fee from the total refund. Please make sure to transfer money correctly.
- As for the supporting plans that have a limitation for the number of people, it might be canceled even the Bank transfer has been made correctly in case of the unavailability of the number. Please make payment once you have decided to start a plan.
- In case of having made a transfer with your real name, please contact Enty SupportDesk with mentioning your registered email address or linked SNS account name, the payer’s name you input at the time of transferring the payment, the original payer's name (12 alphanumeric characters issued at the time of registering a support) and the date of transferring the payment via the inquiry form.
<As for the creators supported via Bank transfer>
The support from fan will be activated once our operation team has confirmed the payment by Bank transfer. It can be confirmed through My Page same as other supports from fans. The end date of supporting a plan in My Page is displayed with the future date as well after confirming the payment. Because of that, no additional procedures will be needed.
